The product is to bury the vacuum die-casting of aluminum alloy into the centrifugal casting steel sleeve for plastic injection, a way of composite material die-casting. Material of ADC-12, shaped by an 800-ton cold vacuum die-casting machine; molds designed in four sliders, imported with x-ray regular sampling, complete manufacturing process covers vacuum die-casting—CNC milling machine—sand blasting—and QC & shipment.
